Return & Refund Policy

  1. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please send us a message under the contact form describing the details of the product and the defect.

    2. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via E-mail, within a reasonable time period, whether or not you are entitled to a replacement or refund as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product, or issue a refund. Credits will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

    3. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

    4. ORDERING: Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the vehicle details and delivery address are correct when making a purchase. All Time Mats will not be held responsible for any custom made products that don't fit because the car's provided information was incorrect; or for any delivery address mistakes.


    5. Dislike of color or design:  As each product is being made specifically for your vehicle, we are unable to accept return requests based on dislike of style or color. You are responsible for picking the correct color for your vehicle.
